Philosophy

Our firm's primary objective is to provide excellent design services while meeting the needs of the client. The types of project we have completed are evidence of that commitment. The keys to our success are control, diversity and flexibility.

Organization

Control and diversity have been maintained by regulating the size of the firm while continually enlarging the scope of the projects. Our talented staff currently consists of two registered architects, six intern architects, and one administrator. We have ensured flexibility by providing 100% computer-aided design and drafting capabilities which allows for quick changes at a reduced cost. The CAD system has allowed us to complete significant sized project in the same or shorter time period than larger sized firms.

Quality of Work

Howard Kulp Architects, P.C. has had many continuous working relationships with its clients. The confidence, satisfaction, courtesy and the CAD technology has been a great factor in this repeat business. CAD technology allows us to make changes rapidly during the design and construction phases, and increases our design flexibility since new concepts are rapidly envisioned. CAD gives the client clear, readable drawings and the capability for future alterations since an updated set of as-built drawings is maintained on floppy disk. The CAD system also provides for last minute changes and additions without creating major drafting costs.

Size and Location of Office

Howard Kulp Architects, P.C. office is located at 1501 Lehigh Parkway North, Allentown, Pennsylvania. This location along the Little Lehigh Creek in the Allentown Parkway is a beautiful quiet park-like setting. The stone building was designed and built as an Architect's office in 1940 and has remained as such through the past sixty plus years. Upon purchasing the building in March of 1994 numerous renovations were performed prior to our occupying the site in November of the same year. We feel our office is a fine example of our design ability and welcome our clients' visits.
