Brett Klingler, Associate AIA, LEED AP, Architectural Intern
Brett Klingler is an Intern Architect at Howard Kulp Architects, where he works on the production of construction documents, assists in preliminary design and field documentation, and works through various Schematic Design options by means of 3D modeling.
Mr. Klingler is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He worked as a Summer Intern in 2007 and returned to Howard Kulp Architects in September 2009. Prior to his return, he worked as an Intern Architect/Project Manager for Lack + Strosser Architecture in Central Pennsylvania. Here he assisted with Project Manager responsibilities as well as doing graphic design work on brochures and banners for various marketing tools.
Mr. Klingler received his Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University in 2008. Here he completed and presented a thesis presentation titled systems of place: transformative architecture, which explored space capturing and conveying the changing performance of place. He also spent a semester studying abroad at the American University of Rome in the Spring of 2007. Mr. Klingler actively gets involved in design competitions and became a LEED AP after passing his exam in March 2009.
