This design to revitalize an existing 31,000 square foot building in Allentown won the Mayor's Award for Commercial Revitalization. The building was built in 1914 for the Snyder Motor Car Company. The Art Deco massing of the exterior recalls this history and provides a sense of style while holding to the modest budget.
