Rodale, Inc. selected this turn-of-the-century cigar factory as their location for new office space. The exterior was designed to fit into the streetscape of Emmaus, a town of small but elegant rowhouses. The project's interior was exposes the existing wooden structure while blending with a new 7,000 sq ft addition.
