Buddy V’s Ristorante

In 2015, Howard Kulp Architects served as the Architect of Record, while collaborating with interior designer, Celano Design Studio, New York, to renovate the former St. James Gate Pub into the new Buddy V’s Ristorante.  It is a signature restaurant for celebrity chef and television personality, Bartolo “Buddy” Valastro, whose reality television series, Cake Boss is widely known.  The project was completed under an aggressive design and construction schedule, and included structural modifications to support the new design elements.
