Casino Expanison

In 2016, Howard Kulp Architects served as the Architect of Record, while teaming with Memphis based interior designer, HBG Design, to design a 90,000 sq.ft. expansion to the casino gaming floor, along with an additional 60,000 sq.ft. of Level 02 office and Level 04 mechanical support areas.  Construction began on the project, but was subsequently placed on hold with only preliminary building modifications completed, including a new electrical substation, new egress stair tower and minor site modifications.  Featured components within the design included a dedicated poker area, slots and table game expansion, expansion to the original Paiza (high-roller) gaming room, and two vanilla box restaurant areas.
