Top Cut Steak House

  • Size 5,200 sq.ft.
  • Completion Date 2016
  • Location Center Valley, PA

The Top Cut Steakhouse project entailed transforming a rooftop open air lounge and bar patio space of the existing three-story Melt Restaurant into an enclosed, classically inspired New York style steakhouse.  In order to maintain continuous operation of the Melt Restaurant on the lower two floors, all materials were craned onto the roof and the building shell remained weather-tight throughout the construction period.  The new 5,200 sq.ft., 170 seat restaurant venue offers a metropolitan steakhouse experience featuring a luxurious 20-seat bar, an open kitchen, custom glass wine bottle displays, coffered ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of the surrounding valley.
